The Scriptures speak to a yet future time of God’s blessing on the earth, known theologically as the “millennial kingdom.” God will remove much of the curse that He implemented at the fall of man. Jesus Christ will reign from Jerusalem for a one-thousand-year period after His second coming.
Scripture teaches there will be a future, literal, theocratic, millennial kingdom, headquartered in Jerusalem, where all true believers in the Lord from all of history will dwell. The Old Testament saints, the church age Christians, and the tribulation saints will dwell with the Lord Jesus in their glorified bodies. In addition, those individuals who survive the literal seven-year Tribulation, and are believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, will enter the millennium in natural bodies and will repopulate the earth.
The Coming Millennial Kingdom examines the future preparation for the millennium, the powerful theocratic coming Ruler, the productive and peaceful environment, and the punitive end to the millennial kingdom, and much more.
This volume is meant to be an introduction and summary of the vast amount of biblical material specific to the prophetic kingdom of God, and is also meant to be a companion for those attending conferences on Bible prophecy where this author is a speaker. Understanding the content of this book will provide the reader with a strong biblical understanding of God’s future plans to rule and reign on this current sin cursed earth, and what the Lord Jesus Christ will do to transform the earth and its inhabitants when He once again leaves the splendor of heaven to dwell among His creation, at His second advent.
